Abstract

The article discusses the importance of introducing partnership pedagogy as a central element in reforming the Ukrainian educational system, as part of the tasks of the New Ukrainian School. In the light of current educational reforms aimed at creating an effective learning environment, special attention is paid to the need to form dynamic and interactive relationships between students, teachers, parents and society as a whole. The pedagogy of partnership is presented as a strategic approach that promotes the integration of interests and efforts of all participants in the educational process, ensuring quality education, development of critical thinking, creativity and social responsibility of students.
The current state of development of the educational system in Ukraine is marked by the desire to introduce the latest pedagogical approaches, among which the pedagogy of partnership occupies a special place. This approach involves creating and maintaining effective interactions between all participants in the educational process, actively involving parents in the educational process, encouraging students to learn independently and think critically, and ensuring an open and constructive dialogue between all parties. Implementation of the principles of partnership pedagogy within the New Ukrainian School is gaining popularity, but faces a number of challenges and problems.
The main problems include the need to improve the level of training of teaching staff to work in partnerships, irregular involvement of parents in the educational process and their lack of activity. For effective implementation of partnership pedagogy, it is necessary to provide guidance and support for parents, as well as to develop clear methodological instructions and tools for teachers. An important aspect is the organization of trainings and seminars for teachers, as well as the creation of educational materials to assess the effectiveness of partnerships.
The purpose of the study is to analyze the peculiarities of implementing partnership pedagogy as a condition for implementing the tasks of the New Ukrainian School and to develop effective methodological recommendations for its integration into the educational process. Implementation of the research tasks involves studying the basic principles of partnership pedagogy, analyzing its impact on the educational process and interaction of participants in the educational process, as well as developing recommendations for teachers.
The study expands the current understanding of the role of partnership pedagogy in the context of the New Ukrainian School, offering new scientific findings and recommendations aimed at a deeper understanding o  the mechanisms for implementing partnership principles in the educational process and developing practical tools for their implementation.
