The article deals with the concept of personal image of a modern teacher in the context of dynamic changes taking place in the educational system. The relevance of the study is due to the need for teachers to adapt to new challenges that require not only high professional qualifications but also the development of important personal qualities. These qualities, such as sociability, empathy, creativity, and adaptability, play a key role in shaping a positive image of a teacher, which in turn affects the interaction with students, their parents, and colleagues.
The purpose of the study is to comprehensively examine aspects of the personal image of a modern teacher and its impact on the educational process. To achieve this goal, a set of methods was used, including analysis of theoretical sources, interviews with teachers, and observation of teaching practice. The first method allowed us to identify the key characteristics that form a positive image, including communication skills, emotional intelligence, professional ethics, and the ability to selfeducation and self-development. The interviews with teachers provided valuable practical examples of personal image formation in the process of interaction with students, demonstrating how teachers’ personal qualities affect the learning process and the classroom atmosphere.
The results of the study indicate that the formation of a positive personal image of a teacher contributes to improving the classroom atmosphere, increasing student motivation and their successful learning. In addition, an important aspect is the teachers’ awareness of the importance of personal growth for professional development, which emphasizes the need for continuous education and selfanalysis.
Based on the data obtained, conclusions are drawn about the need to implement in-service training programs that focus on the formation and maintenance of a positive image of a teacher, including training in the development of emotional intelligence and communication skills.
The article is aimed at an in-depth study of the personal image of a modern teacher and its importance in the educational process, which is an important task for improving the quality of education. The study also emphasizes the role of teachers in shaping an educational environment where students feel comfortable and can realize their potential. This study will be a useful resource for teachers, school administrators, and researchers who seek not only to improve the image of the teaching profession but also to ensure a high level of education for new generations of students.
