Development of motivation direction to a healthy lifestyle as a component of adaptive learning оf teaching students

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the problem of the development of motivational direction to a healthy lifestyle of future teachers in the context of the use of adaptive learning technology.
An analysis of modern pedagogical theory and practice was conducted on this issue, the results of the analysis of educational programs of pedagogical specialties in the context of a motivational focus on a healthy lifestyle were provided (on the example of educational programs of the “bachelor” degree, which are used to train pedagogical specialists at Dragomanov Ukrainian State University, of specialties 012 “Preschool Education”, 013 “Primary Education”, 014 “Secondary Education (Human Health)”, 014 “Secondary Education (Physical Culture)”. Within the framework of the analysis of the list of competencies for each of the above educational programs, the main attention is paid to the presence among them of those that are directly related to the ability of the students of education to solve tasks related to health, in particular its preservation, strengthening, formation, promotion healthy lifestyle, prevention of bad habits or professional burnout. The results of the analysis proved the objective need to introduce health-saving technologies into the educational process in order to develop motivational direction to a healthy lifestyle of future teachers as a sign of adaptability in future professional activities. For this, it is necessary to: ensure the integration of knowledge from various disciplines in the content and structure of educational programs of pedagogical specialties in the context of the development of a motivational focus on a healthy lifestyle; the use of forms and methods of teaching that contribute to the personal development of students, the implementation of adaptive functions of learning and self-learning; the use of educational tasks of a research and creative direction for the purpose of adaptive training of students in the teaching profession and the implementation of one of his professional functions – preserving the health of students; involvement of higher pedagogical education graduates in the development and implementation of educational and preventive programs and projects on topics related to a healthy lifestyle; organization of the educational process based on the principles of health care.
