Abstract

In the digital era, when technology determines the trajectory of society, the introduction of innovations in the field of education is becoming extremely important. One of the key components of the educational ecosystem is Learning Management Systems (LMS), which ensure the organization and implementation of educational processes. However, the traditional functionality of LMSs is often not flexible and limited enough, prompting the search for new ways to improve it.
Artificial intelligence (AI) offers a wide range of solutions that can significantly transform LMS, providing it with new functionality and expanding its practical application. The author focuses on the study of how the integration of AI into LMSs can contribute to improving the efficiency of the educational process and what challenges an educational institution may face in the process of integration.
Particular attention is paid to the analysis of key technological capabilities of AI, such as: personalization of learning: The use of adaptive algorithms to create individualized learning paths that meet the needs and abilities of each student; automation of routine tasks: Reducing the workload of teachers by automating processes such as test proctoring, report generation, and tracking student progress; improved communication: Integration of chatbots and other tools that facilitate faster and more convenient interaction between students, teachers, and administration.
Thus, the author proposes a systematic approach to the integration of artificial intelligence into learning management systems. The presented recommendations and conclusions can serve as a basis for strategic planning of innovative changes in education, taking into account the individual needs and potential of each institution. This study aims to provide educators and administrators with the tools and knowledge to effectively use advanced technologies in their institutions.
