Abstract

The article considers the problems of implementation and development of informational and communicational support for vocational training of qualified workers. It was found that today for a modern worker an important qualificational requirement of the vocational education system is the readiness to perform tasks of professional activity with the use of information and communication technologies.
It was established that information and communicational support for vocational training of qualified workers should require understanding of electronic, information and educational resources, a set of information and telecommunication technologies, organizational measures and software and technological tools that ensure their high-quality and comprehensive mastery of vocational training curricula in institutions.
The analysis of studies devoted to the study of the impact of information and communication support of professional training of qualified workers shows that today the vocational education system uses supporting learning technologies, while prospective education should be ahead of the curve.
It was determined that the combination of external and internal challenges, the relevance and complexity of the problem place the issue of developing informational and communicational support of primary professional training of qualified workers in institutions of the vocational education system in the category of priority, and its solution involves, instead of isolated and unsystematic measures, the adoption of conceptual decisions and a comprehensive plan of measures for its further progressive development.
It was established that when considering the problem of information and communication support of professional training of qualified workers, it is first necessary to consider methodological, economic, technical, technological and methodological aspects, analyzing the current state and opportunities for the development of information and communication support through the prism of each of them.
It is concluded that the leading role in solving this problem is played by the creation of an educational ecosystem consisting of interconnected educational components of the vocational education system, where one of the significant components of this ecosystem is the informational and communicational support of the initial vocational training of qualified workers in institutions of the vocational education system, which includes the latest pedagogical technologies, methods, tools and instruments in the form of online courses and forums, mobile programs and devices, augmented reality applications, mass courses and games and many other educational innovations.
